My order says it has been delivered but I haven’t received it – what do I do?Updated 7 months ago

We’re sorry to hear this! Please do check in with members of your household, neighbours and around the property to see if this has been taken in on your behalf. You will also be able to see the shipping address you left at checkout on your order confirmation email. The tracking link sent to your email when your order was shipped should indicate where your parcel has been left! We would kindly advise to allow up to 48 hours after the delivery, incase of an incidental scan. If you haven't been able to locate your order after this time, please do reach out to us below and we'll be happy to help.
